The caravan is 35feet x 12feet wide and is in a Cul-de-Sac location situated 2-3 minutes walk from the main centre:
It comprises of:
1 bedroom with double bed
 1 bedroom with twin beds
 1 bedroom with twin beds
 1 lounge / diner (sofa pulls out for double bed)
 A kitchen area
 Shower / WC / wash hand basin
 Separate WC
The mattresses, duvets and pillows all have protective covers.  Bed linen is not provided (unless requested for a small fee).  Gas central heating throughout.  The lounge has a large comfortable seating area, fitted with gas fire, colour television with built in Freeview and DVD, video,  mini  tower with  cd and radio, and Sony Playstation 1.  There is a hairdryer, ironing board, steam iron and vacuum cleaner.  The kitchen comes fully equipped with full gas cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle, saucepans, frying pans, crockery, cutlery, utensils etc.  The bathroom has a shower, wash basin and toilet. There is also a separate toilet with a wash hand basin.  For your safety the caravan is equipped with a fire extinguisher and smoke alarm. The park is provided with 24 hour security.   There is decking with a latched gate, patio set with parasol and base. There is a washing machine in the shed for  your use there is no charge for this, if it doesn’t work we will aim to get it repaired  and a chest freezer.
