No. 22 The Paddocks, Skyline Caravan Park, Skegness

This premier caravan a Super Florida 2004 3 bedroom caravan which is 35 feet long and 12 feet wide, and is situated in a Cul-de-Sac location roughly a 2-3 minute walk from the main Butlins resort.  It has every facility you could wish for on your holiday, including central heating.

It comprises of:

 

1 bedroom with double bed

1 bedroom with twin beds

1 bedroom with twin beds

1 lounge / diner (sofa pulls out for double bed)

A kitchen area

Shower / WC / wash hand basin

Separate WC

 

The lounge has a comfortable seating area, fitted gas fire, colour television, Freeview, video, DVD player and a CD and radio mini system.  There are various videos and games. 

 

The kitchen area comes fully equipped with a full gas cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, saucepans, frying pans, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils etc.  The bathroom has a shower, wash basin and toilet and there is a separate toilet.  For your safety the caravan is equipped with a fire extinguisher and smoke alarm, the park is provided with 24 hour security.  There is a hairdryer, ironing board, steam iron and vacuum cleaner.  Bed linen is not provided (unless requested for a small fee).  The beds have protective mattress covers, duvets and pillows with protective covers. There is a washing machine in the shed.

 

Outside the caravan you will find a patio table and chairs.  Included in the price is up to six free Butlins passes, extra passes are £25 each.  Gas and electricity is free of charge.
